DreamGF's first annual payment works out to about $5.83 a month for that first year. For once, the headline number really is a bargain. The catch is in the pricing policy underneath it, which lists every renewal at the full rate.

That isn't a typo or a rounding trick. Every renewal row in the policy lands on the same monthly number:

• Monthly: $25.99 a month
• Three months: renews every quarter, equal to $25.99 a month
• Annual: renews every year, also equal to $25.99 a month

Pick whichever cycle you like. It only changes how often the charge hits your card, and the amount you pay stays the same.

The page has two other problems. The monthly and three-month headings conflict with the renewal periods printed beneath them, so we left their intro payments out of any monthly math. The homepage also still shows Bronze/Silver/Gold/Diamond prices that don't match the policy.

So the year-one deal is real. If you plan to stay past twelve months, though, GoLove.ai is the one to beat. PRO renews at about $19.99 a month with 100 Stars restored each billing month, and one Star buys a photo of the character you're already chatting with.

Before you pay either app, look at who those 100 Stars would actually be spent on. Browse the realistic roster and find a face you'd want to see again, because she's the one every photo you request will show.

What 100 Tokens and 100 Stars Actually Buy

Both apps give you a monthly allowance with the number 100 on it. That's exactly why each one needs to be read on its own terms.

DreamGF's 100 Monthly Tokens

DreamGF membership includes 100 tokens a month, and both media and character creation draw on them. What we could not confirm is the per-item cost: how many tokens a photo, a voice clip or a new character takes. Without that number, you can't turn 100 tokens into a photo count. The allowance could cover a lot or very little, and the math can't be done from what we could verify.

For GoLove, we also could not confirm three things:

1. The dollar value of the new-user −70% offer. GoLove calls it limited-time, and we couldn't confirm a deadline.
2. Whether voice calls draw Stars at all.
3. What a free account can do beyond 2 daily Stars and a limited daily Feed.

Prices for both apps shift by region and promo, so treat the figures here as a snapshot. Check the current plans in each app before you pay, especially if a discount banner is the reason you're signing up.
